Muy Respetable e Ilustre y Poderoso Hermano:

Por medio de la presente plancha nos es grato llegar a vuestra alta investidura como Presidente del Alto Concilio de Grandes Logias Regulares del mundo, a efectos de poner en vuestro conocimiento que la Gran Asamblea de la Gran Logia Regular del Estado de Nevada efectuada el día 26 de Diciembre del 2010 E:.V:. luego de una amplia deliberación donde se trato nuestra permanencia como miembros de el alto cuerpo masónico que vos dirigís, y en esta se tomo la determinación de RETIRARNOS VOLUNTARIAMENTE del Alto Concilio de Grandes Logia regulares de los estados Unidos de Norteamérica y del Alto concilio Mundial.

No tenemos la menor intención de crear ninguna controversia sobre los motivos que nos a hecho tomar esta determinación, y estamos dejando a salvo la responsabilidad y la honorabilidad de vos como Presidente del Alto Concilio Mundial y de todos los hermanos que conforman el Alto Concilio de Norteamérica, a quienes deseamos la mejor de las suertes y agradecemos su fraternidad por el tiempo en que estuvimos acompañándolos

La esencia de la creación de nuestra Gran Logia, fue la de difundir, propiciar y promover logia de habla hispana en los Estados unidos de Norteamérica y para el cumplimiento de nuestro objetivo principal necesitamos una verdadera AUTONOMIA que no limite nuestra búsqueda y acercamiento con muchas logias de hispanos parlantes que hay actualmente en los estados Unidos, y que trabajan bajo bóveda azulada o practican ritos distintos a los autorizados por vuestro Alto Concilio es por esa razón que con profunda penas pero a la ves con pleno conocimiento de que nuestra determinación redundara en beneficio general de la Orden y en particular de la masonería Hispana en USA es que estamos presentando nuestra renuncia a continuar siendo parte de ustedes

Hacemos votos al G:.A:.D:.U:. para que siga iluminando a los mandantes de las grandes logias que forman parte de vuestro Alto Concilio a afectos de que siempre conduzcan su liderazgo dentro de los cánones de una verdadera libertad, entendimiento, capacidad y convicción sin olvidar la AUTONOMIA que deben de tener las Grandes logias para sus asuntos internos, recordando siempre que las ideas se exponen no se imponen y que todos somos eternos aprendices pues no debe de haber en nuestra orden ningún hermano QUE SE SIENTA TAN CAPAZ QUE NO TENGA ALGO QUE APRENDER o QUE SE SIENTA TAN INCAPAZ QUE NO TENGA ALGO QUE ENSENAR

By the present letter we are pleased to reach your high possession as President of the Masonic High Council of the World, for the purpose of putting your knowledge to the great Assembly of the Regular Grand Lodge of the State of Nevada made on December 26, 2010 E:. V:. and After extensive deliberation where try our stay as member of the High Council of USA and of the World under your direction , and this took the determination of do a voluntary Dismiss as member of the Masonic High Council of USAS and to the Masonic High Council of the World.

We have no intention of creating any controversy on the grounds that we in fact making this determination, and we are leaving responsibility and honesty of you as President of the High Council world and of all the brothers of the High Council of North America, to whom we wish the best of luck and we appreciate his fraternity by the time that we were accompanying them
